I’m excited to announce that Beth Shea has joined Snyk as our first Chief Customer Officer. During a time where we know Snyk’s developer-led vision is more important for the cybersecurity industry than ever before, Beth will be the driving force behind further building a customer-centric culture at every level of the company.

Beth is an accomplished industry leader with more than two decades of experience building and leading customer facing and operations teams for enterprise software companies of all sizes. She most recently joins us from Puppet, where she successfully served as their Chief Customer Officer for the past three years. In her previous roles, Beth held customer-facing leadership positions at global enterprise companies, including Veeam Software, VMware, and Imprivata. I’ve seen firsthand Beth’s rare and impressive ability to collaborate across the entire organization to embed the customer-centric ethos into each and every function.

In recent years, we’ve witnessed the market we pioneered, developer security, mature and our customer base go from early adopters to the early majority. It’s our foremost responsibility to ensure each one of Snyk’s customers is set up for success to fully reap all of the financial and cultural benefits of DevSecOps. With Beth at the helm, I’m confident we’ll effectively improve our comprehensive customer success strategy by identifying any current gaps in our experience, enhancing product development and ultimately quickly delivering resulting increased revenue.

As we embark on the next phase in Snyk’s evolution, I look forward to supporting Beth and her team as they facilitate an overall deeper understanding of our customers’ needs through continuous improvement and innovation. Please join me in welcoming Beth to the Snyk Executive Team. We’re incredibly fortunate to have her expertise on board, and I’m looking forward to her lasting impact on Snyk’s customers and culture!
