Something remarkable is happening in downtown San Francisco. The builders shaping the future of AI have converged — and they're all within a few city blocks of each other. Today, I'm thrilled to announce that Snyk is joining them.

We're opening our San Francisco hub in the heart of the city — not as a satellite office or corporate outpost, but as a deliberate bet on proximity. This is Snyk's new center of gravity for AI security, and I'm convinced this is where the most important AI security work will happen.

Why San Francisco and why now

For years, Snyk has been the security layer developers trust, but as AI moves from experimentation to reality, the "visibility gap" is becoming a crisis. We see $37B being poured into Enterprise AI, yet security is often still an afterthought.

We're moving in alongside the teams building the AI stack itself — our partners Anthropic, Cursor, Cognition, Arcade.dev, and Factory. This is a strategy we're committing to: be where the playbook is written, so security is part of the process from day one.
