I am excited and humbled to share that Snyk has been named to the prestigious Forbes Cloud 100 list for the fourth consecutive year, coming in at #19. The full list was unveiled this morning.

This recognition follows a number of significant company milestones, including being named a leader in both the 2023 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Application Security Testing and The Forrester Wave™: Software Composition Analysis, Q2 2023 report. It also demonstrates the ubiquity of Developer Security, the category we invented in 2015 and lead today.

I always say that cybersecurity is a team sport, and accomplishments like this provide a moment to step back and appreciate the teammates that have gotten us to this point. I applaud and thank every Snyker past and present, our robust partner ecosystem and our incredible 2,800+ customers, including leading global enterprises such as ABInBev, Citrix, Comcast, Salesforce and ServiceNow, who are at the forefront of disrupting the legacy cybersecurity industry.

2023 has presented our industry with a number of unique challenges, and I couldn’t be more proud of the resilience of our Snykers. Day in and day out, I’ve watched them stay laser focused on our founding mission: equipping and empowering every one of the world’s developers to build securely. Developer security is more important than ever, and, by continuing to work together and stay focused, I’m confident we’ll continue to help the world’s most complex enterprises to reap the many benefits of the DevSecOps revolution.

Here’s a snapshot of some significant achievements since our 2022 Cloud 100 recognition:

  • Secured additional funding to fuel strategic acquisitions: announced Series G investment, additional strategic financing from enterprise leader ServiceNow and our seventh successful acquisition, Enso Security.

  • Strengthened the Snyk Leadership Team with deep enterprise expertise: Jonaki Egenolf joined as CMO, Myke Lyons as CISO, David Morris as General Counsel and Michael Durso as SVP, Sales, Americas, to extend our market leadership as we continue to seize the growing enterprise demand for our platform.

  • Innovated for the new era of AI and cybersecurity: in rapid, direct response to how new generative AI technologies are disrupting and transforming the cybersecurity landscape, we introduced DeepCodeAI Fix, ensuring development and security teams worldwide can safely leverage AI to ship software faster.

Phew! And we are just getting started…stay tuned for more exciting developments as we close out 2023. Interested in joining us on this important mission? We’re hiring – check out Jobs at Snyk to stay up to date on the latest open positions.
