Challenging times require creative solutions.

Graduates, the future of our workforce and society, are struggling this year as they face an unprecedented challenge to finding jobs and gainful employment.

Those from underrepresented groups, including women and ethnic minorities across the world, have been disproportionately impacted as the current economic climate exacerbates any disadvantages they might already face.

It is our responsibility as members of our community to find creative ways to have a positive impact on the lives of others, especially those who are looking for entry-level work.

Here at Snyk, we are focusing on these groups and developing the Community Outreach Internship Program to open the doors of opportunity and help these impacted members of our community develop the skills necessary to begin the journey of a successful career.

Diversity and Inclusivity are foundational elements of our company culture at Snyk. This Outreach program emphasizes our commitment.

Here’s how the program will work:

We are offering a select number of graduate internship positions across the company. With the focus on D&I, these will be reserved for women and ethnic minorities who have recently graduated in 2019/2020. Our goal is to help these disproportionately impacted groups successfully transition out of education and into the workforce.

The internships will be for an initial 3 months with roles dispersed throughout the company and around the world, allowing us to provide a wide range of opportunities. Keep an eye on our careers page throughout the month of November for more information.

There is a tremendous need in the world at this time for all of us to make a difference. This is one small step that we are doing here at Snyk to find creative ways of providing opportunities to our community members.
