Covid-19 Safety Policy

Snyk is committed to the safety of our employees and attendees. For all Snyk-hosted events, we will be following local city guidelines regarding Covid-19.

Event policies will be updated if/when city guidelines change.

Proof of vaccination

In order to attend the event in person, Snyk will require that all attendees show proof of vaccination upon check-in. Proof of vaccination can be shown through:

• Clear Health Pass or another State-issued vaccination pass app 

• An original, physical vaccination card with photo ID

• A photo of original vaccination card with photo ID

Please do not attend the event if:

• You have felt ill in the last five days

• Have been in close contact with someone that tested positive for Covid-19

• Have had a positive Covid-19 test within the last 14 days, even if no symptoms are present

All attendees acknowledge and understand the following:

1.  Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk illness exists;

2. Attendees knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID-19; and

3. Attendees hereby knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm, and loss associated with the event and hereby release Snyk, its affiliates, employees, agents, and vendors, harmless from any claims related to this COVID-19 Safety Plan.

Safety precautions

For all events taking place during SnykWeek and SnykCon, Snyk and our venues will ensure the safety of our attendees through the following steps:

• Ensure all food provided is prepared and served in accordance with public health guidelines

• Provide multiple hand-sanitizer stations or individual bottles of hand sanitizer 

• Provide extra masks, as needed for attendees

• Disinfect surfaces between events, meeting, and meals
