How to fix?

There is no fixed version for Debian:9 libjpeg-turbo.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libjpeg-turbo package and not the libjpeg-turbo package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:9 relevant fixed versions and status.

Libjpeg-turbo all version have a stack-based buffer overflow in the "transform" component. A remote attacker can send a malformed jpeg file to the service and cause arbitrary code execution or denial of service of the target service.
