How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:8 rtmpdump to version 2.4+20150115.gita107cef-1+deb8u1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream rtmpdump package and not the rtmpdump package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

The AMF3ReadString function in amf.c in RTMPDump 2.4 allows remote RTMP Media servers to cause a denial of service (invalid pointer dereference and process crash).
