How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:11 librsvg to version 2.50.3+dfsg-1+deb11u1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream librsvg package and not the librsvg package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:11 relevant fixed versions and status.

A directory traversal problem in the URL decoder of librsvg before 2.56.3 could be used by local or remote attackers to disclose files (on the local filesystem outside of the expected area), as demonstrated by href=".?../../../../../../../../../../etc/passwd" in an xi:include element.
