Upgrade Centos:6 glibc-common to version 0:2.12-1.149.el6_6.4 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream glibc-common package and not the glibc-common package as distributed by Centos. See How to fix? for Centos:6 relevant fixed versions and status.
