How to fix?

Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2018.03 libxml2 to version 0:2.9.1-6.4.41.amzn1 or higher.
This issue was patched in ALAS-2020-1438.

xmlParseBalancedChunkMemoryRecover in parser.c in libxml2 before 2.9.10 has a memory leak related to newDoc->oldNs.
