Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2 libssh2 to version 0:1.4.3-12.amzn2.2.3 or higher.
This issue was patched in ALAS2-2020-1531.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libssh2 package and not the libssh2 package as distributed by Amazon-Linux. See How to fix? for Amazon-Linux:2 relevant fixed versions and status.

In libssh2 v1.9.0 and earlier versions, the SSH_MSG_DISCONNECT logic in packet.c has an integer overflow in a bounds check, enabling an attacker to specify an arbitrary (out-of-bounds) offset for a subsequent memory read. A crafted SSH server may be able to disclose sensitive information or cause a denial of service condition on the client system when a user connects to the server.
