How to fix?

Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2 bzip2-libs to version 0:1.0.6-13.amzn2.0.3 or higher.
This issue was patched in ALAS2-2021-1652.

BZ2_decompress in decompress.c in bzip2 through 1.0.6 has an out-of-bounds write when there are many selectors.
