Capture the Flag (CTF) is a cybersecurity competition where individuals or teams work through challenges like web exploits, reverse engineering, cryptography, and more to uncover hidden “flags.” Each flag earns points, and whoever scores the most by the end wins. It’s a fun, hands-on way to build security skills and often comes with great prizes.
Fetch the Flag runs from February 12, 12 pm ET to February 13, 12 pm ET. You’re welcome to tackle the challenges for as long as you’d like, whether that’s 30 minutes or the full 24 hours!
Start by creating an account here. Once the competition begins on February 12 at 12 pm ET, you’ll be able to view all the challenges on https://ctf.snyk.io/.
Yes, you can compete in Fetch the Flag individually, but teams are highly encouraged!
