0 minutes de lectureIt’s my pleasure to announce Diana Brunelle as Snyk’s new Chief People Officer (CPO).
In the GenAI Era, Snyk’s mission is more relevant than ever before. We want to equip and empower every single one of the world’s developers to build fast while staying secure. At the same time, we’re closely partnering with developers’ security counterparts to ensure that they have a true birds-eye view of their entire app risk exposure and more effectively drive both prevention and remediation.
But none of this happens if we don’t effectively hear, support and empower our own Snykers globally first and foremost. Diana is the right leader, at the right moment in Snyk’s journey, to consistently help us accomplish this today and into the future.
Diana comes to us with more than two decades of experience in global HR leadership and talent strategy. I’m eager to see her channel her passion and expertise to further build on Snyk’s inclusive company culture to drive organizational alignment and continued growth.
Most recently, she served as CPO at Drift, where she played a strong role in helping to evolve that growing company’s lasting culture by aligning the team on shared goals. Prior to that role, she spent four years at Avid Technology as the company’s Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In these most recent leadership positions and throughout her entire career, Diana’s overarching goal has always been to create working environments that energize employees, painting a clear picture of how each individual’s role ladders up to the company’s ultimate vision.
I’m confident that her collective experience will make Diana a great fit at Snyk. In the weeks ahead, she is excited and determined to connect with all teams and listen to their feedback in order to create the greater alignment that will bring Snyk’s culture to even higher heights in 2024 and beyond.
Welcome, Diana – I’m looking forward to seeing all that you and your team accomplish together!
