Overview

typo3/cms-core is a free open source enterprise content management system.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Open Redirect via Login Handling. This allows attackers to redirect to arbitrary content, and conduct phishing attacks. This is caused due to a missing check in GeneralUtility::sanitizeLocalUrl(), which resulted in any URL starting with // to be considered as a local URL.
