NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream perl package and not the perl package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:9 relevant fixed versions and status.

The XSLoader::load method in XSLoader in Perl does not properly locate .so files when called in a string eval, which might allow local users to execute arbitrary code via a Trojan horse library under the current working directory.
