How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:9 gdk-pixbuf to version 2.36.5-2+deb9u2 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream gdk-pixbuf package and not the gdk-pixbuf package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:9 relevant fixed versions and status.

Integer overflow in io-ico.c in gdk-pixbuf allows context-dependent attackers to cause a denial of service (segmentation fault and application crash) via a crafted image entry offset in an ICO file, which triggers an out-of-bounds read, related to compiler optimizations.
