Upgrade Debian:11 apache2 to version 2.4.53-1~deb11u1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream apache2 package and not the apache2 package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:11 relevant fixed versions and status.

If LimitXMLRequestBody is set to allow request bodies larger than 350MB (defaults to 1M) on 32 bit systems an integer overflow happens which later causes out of bounds writes. This issue affects Apache HTTP Server 2.4.52 and earlier.
