How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:10 openjpeg2 to version 2.3.0-2 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream openjpeg2 package and not the openjpeg2 package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:10 relevant fixed versions and status.

In OpenJPEG 2.3.0, there is excessive iteration in the opj_t1_encode_cblks function of openjp2/t1.c. Remote attackers could leverage this vulnerability to cause a denial of service via a crafted bmp file.
