Upgrade Alpine:3.7 libssh2 to version 1.8.1-r0 or higher.

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libssh2 package and not the libssh2 package as distributed by Alpine. See How to fix? for Alpine:3.7 relevant fixed versions and status.

A flaw was found in libssh2 before 1.8.1. A server could send a multiple keyboard interactive response messages whose total length are greater than unsigned char max characters. This value is used as an index to copy memory causing in an out of bounds memory write error.
